What product brands do you install?
We install the product brands of your choice.  Of course we have our preferred brands and will inform you of such, however the decision is yours to make. 

What is your warranty and what does it cover?
Each product is covered by the manufacturer’s individual warranty.  In addition, we offer a workmanship warranty well above the industry standard.  Your estimator can answer more specific questions.

What can I expect when I call Tri-County?
Unlike most of our competition, you will talk to a live person when calling the office during normal business hours.  We have a dispatch system in place to connect your call to the appropriate person in a timely fashion.  Concerns are handled quickly and efficiently even after hours as an emergency number is provided on the machine answering system. 

Is Tri-County a legitimate law-abiding company?
Again, contrary to most, we pay all employees legitimately.  All workers are covered under workman’s compensation and pay all required taxes.  Federal & state employment laws are strictly adhered to. 

Are your employees safe?
We work hand-in-hand with OSHA to provide the most current and up-to-date safety equipment and information for our workers.  Our jobsites show proof of our safety consciousness.  Ongoing meetings and education keep our workers safe and give our customers peace-of-mind.  Additionally, we participate in the Bureau of Workman’s Compensation Drug-Free program to ensure clear-headed and responsible persons working in the safest manner possible on each job.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.  All jobs must be paid in full at completion.
