About Us

Bill Voirol started business in 1995. Bill learned construction trade in St. Louis while working for a family friend. He held a factory position locally for 10 years. During that time Tri-County Home Improvement was started as a part-time venture. It quickly blossomed into a full-time functioning company. Today the company is thriving in the local economy and employs approximately 15 people on average. Bill oversees the day-to-day operations and estimates jobs.

Steve was born and raised in Paulding County before leaving to attend college at Bluffton University. He received a degree in business administration while concentrating on management and marketing. Directly out of college he started out in industrial sales for a large national company in New Haven Indiana. Steve made the transition to Tri-County after feeling the need to work in an area where people appreciate small town values and the principals he was raised with. Steve learned the construction trade from his father who has been a residential contractor for many years.

Began working for Tri-County Roofing & Home Improvement in September of 2007. Joyce has extensive experience in the accounting field and is responsible for the day to day activities of the office. She is responsible for scheduling estimates, invoicing, payables, payroll and all financial reports. Joyce really enjoys the unexpected aspects of the job that come with the weather and the day to day activities of the business.
